If you already have a credit account with Madman you can register to become a member of b2b.madman.com.au. When you become a member of b2b.madman.com.au, you are given 24-hour online access to your Madman retailer account in a simple and convenient online interface.

In the secure member area of b2b.madman.com.au you can:

• Pay your account online using Bpay or credit card
• Place orders using b2b.madman.com.au's shopping cart
• View your account statements online
• Track the progress of current and back orders.
• Download product catalogues, slick images and other press items

Information for Retailers

Madman is Australia's premier distributor of independent DVD and video products into rental and retail channels. We provide 4,000 square metres of warehouse, long span shelving, bulk pallet storage and motorised conveyor systems to ensure rapid and efficient flow through our operation, from arrival of manufactured stock to dispatch. Enterprise Resource Planning software manages and tracks inventory utilising computer location systems, while RF handheld scanning devices operated by our warehouse staff ensure accuracy of dispatched orders.
Madman Distribution distributes the products of Madman Entertainment, its affiliated labels and other independent companies, including Aztec International and Starz Entertainment.

Returns Authorisation

To return stock to Madman download the Madman Returns Authorisation form and email the completed form to or fax to (03) 8415 1162.

The return policy applicable to videos/DVD's distributed by Madman is as follows:

• Please note no credits will be raised without prior authorization from Madman Entertainment. A RETURN AUTHORISATION NUMBER (R/A) will need to be obtained from our office by completing the RA request form. Please ensure your R/A number is displayed clearly on the return package and your return form is included. Failure to comply with these conditions will result in stock being returned to sender.
• Any deleted titles will not be authorized for return.
• Any RENTAL title proven faulty or damaged will be exchanged within 30 days of invoice. Damaged stock is to be returned to Madman Entertainment.
• Titles stocked for the purpose of SELL-THROUGH are returnable for up to 6 months, provided they are shrink-wrapped and not stickered or damaged in any way.
• Please allow up to ten working days for your request to be processed.

Faulty goods will be credited to your statement as soon as possible. Please adhere to these instructions to ensure fast and efficient return of stock.
