It has been brought to our attention that the recently released copies of Transformers Collection 4 (season 3.1) and Slayers Try have defects.

These errors in question are:
Slayers Try: Disc 1 was mistakenly replicated as Slayers NEXT disc 1.

Transformers Collection 4: Last episode on Disc 3 returns to menu after the opening credits (this can be remedied by skipping the opening credits and the rest of the episode will play fine).

As a result of these errors, we are now offering an exchange of these defective discs. If you have a defective disc, please send them into our customer service department at:

It has come to our attention that disc 3 of our recent release of Voltron: Defenders of the Universe Collection is defective. As such we have issued a recall to retailers and will be offering a replacement disc to those who have already purchased this set.

If you are one of those affected by this please follow the instructions below to obtain a new copy of the fixed disc which will be available from October 18th 2004.
