Naruto fans cheer and cheer loud. ICv2 reports that Scott Pilgrim has been defeated in the monthly sales of graphic novels in the USA by none other than Naruto. Volume 49 (available from November 10th), took the top spot in sales. This was the first time since June that the Scott Pilgrim franchise has not been sitting at the top of the charts.
