Good morning,

Recently we sent a note out about our warehouse move and hoped to be up and running with minimal disruption to our supply system.

Unfortunately, the set up has taken us a little longer than expected.

We are currently still experiencing delays of between 48 – 72 hours despatch of replenishment orders, with our warehouse working around the clock to ensure as much as possible is shipped out each day. Please be aware that some orders sent through in the last 2 weeks are still being completed by the warehouse and will be despatched ASAP.

This delay will not affect September 14 NR orders.

A notice will be posted up on our Madman B2B site, and sent out to our data base, but please ensure you advise your stores also.

We apologise for any delays & disruption to service during this transition period, and we thank you for your understanding during this time.
