US Pop culture authority icv2.com reports that Full Metal Alchemist is the best selling Manga title in the USA, saying "it is hard to argue with the best-selling title of the year, particularly when that book, like FMA Vol. 1, sells extremely well in both the bookstore and comic shop markets."

In Australia, MADMAN has released Full Metal Alchemist Manga, garnering a strong reception at specialist locations Electronics Boutique, Borders, and leading anime independents.

Full Metal Alchemist continues to ride high, with best selling DVDs and Manga, but fans need not worry about being caught behind - the journey of Elric and Alphonse can also be seen on Cartoon Network nationwide Monday to Thursday at 11pm, repeating at Midnight.
